Terms of sale
Plain language, because a terms page nobody reads protects nobody. This is what happens when you order, what it costs, and what we do when something goes wrong.
Who you are buying from
Pawmora operates vorpaw.com. Orders are taken through this site and paid for through PayPal. Writing to hello@vorpaw.com reaches the same person who packs the parcel; it is not a call centre.
Prices and currency
Everything is priced in US dollars and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Shipping is a flat $6.95 under $49 and free at or above it. Import duties, where they apply at all, are settled before the parcel reaches you — nothing arrives as a later bill from the carrier.
Payment
Checkout runs through PayPal. We never see or store your card number. An order is a real order once PayPal confirms the payment; until then nothing is charged and nothing is reserved.
Dispatch and delivery
Parcels leave within one business day of a confirmed order and arrive in two to five business days for most addresses. Every order gets a tracking number by email the day it ships. If you have not had one within two business days, something went wrong — write to us and we will chase it.
Cancelling or changing an order
If the parcel has not been handed over yet, we can cancel it and refund in full, or swap an item on it. Once it has a tracking number it is in transit and has to go through the returns route instead.
Returns and damaged goods
Thirty days on unused items in their original packaging, with the return label on us. Anything that arrives cracked, dented or simply not what you ordered: tell us within seven days and a replacement goes out without asking you to ship the original back first. Used litter boxes and potty trays cannot be returned — that is a hygiene line, not a preference.
Getting it wrong on our side
If the dimensions on a product page do not match what turns up, that is our error and the return is free regardless of condition. We publish full outer measurements in centimetres on every page precisely so that this is checkable before you buy.
Liability
These are household items for animals, and animals find ways of their own. We are responsible for the product being as described and arriving intact; we are not responsible for chewing, tipping, or a pet that refuses a perfectly good fountain. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
Changes to these terms
We keep this page current rather than emailing notice of edits. The version published when you ordered is the one that applies to that order.
The short version: what you see at checkout is what you pay, PayPal holds the card details, the parcel leaves within a business day, and if we are the ones who got it wrong we fix it at our cost.
